Come on now....did you think we were just going to post the price without a full demo to show this thing off? Fact is, there are many a la carte features to this web-based email program, so the pricing can vary significantly.
For starters, think about VALUE, RETURN, EASE-OF-USE and the ability to communicate with your customer base within minutes. Then schedule a one-on-one demo with us. We can demo the program right over the phone (remember it's web-based so there's no software to download or upgrade ever). A full demo would take between 30-60 minutes depending on how many questions you have and your computer skills level (although not much is required).
However, regarding the price structure. There is a one-time set-up fee to get your account ready. This set up includes many things, including creative design time and up to 5 hours of personal, one on one training. Then, there is a yearly subscription fee that's based on the how many features you have turned-on. Lastly, there are usage charges for the number of emails that are delivered. Usage fees are based on volume.
Price compared to direct mail: Let's say you mail out a monthly postcard to your customers. And, let's say it's a full color, two-sided, slick 6x9 postcard. Including creative design time, printing costs, mail house fees and postage, this direct mail campaign will cost you between $0.35 - $0.60 per household, delivered. Our basic program is about 1/9th the cost AND you'll have tracking info direct mail simply can't produce. (Don't get me wrong...We love direct mail, but used for acquisition purposes, not communicating with an in-house customer base).
